Besides the obvious that the story was well-written all throughout, this was the penultimate for me especially in terms of the shading. That right there is the kind of shading I'm aiming for in some of my future animation endeavors.

Did you learn from anyone or anywhere or were you mostly self taught?

BryanV responds:

Thanks, I'm completely self taught.

I'll look past the fact that I don't like songs where you can hear autotune clearly.

This is all together too spastic for me. I know penguins are like birds, in that they can move spastically most of the time, or maybe its a character trait. I can't tell.

I'll sneak a peek at your page and give the others actual review.

PatrickThePenguin responds:

Thanks utubedude8245onNG!

While the art direction needs some work, the story wasn't too bad. I have my share of weird educational cartoons, so don't feel alone on this

Wafflewhale responds:

Thank you so much for an actual helpful review! You are the ONLY one so far that's said something positive and logical. I do understand that the drawings need quite some work, although, SOME of the frames I drew badly on purpose, just to add more of a weird feeling to it.

And thanks for the second sentence, too. Now I don't feel alone either.

The animation was really good, the concept caught me off guard a bit. Nice work. Keep it up

JaceC responds:

Thank you very much for your kind words! Look back for upcoming stuff!

It's pretty good for a beginning structured Flash. I found myself doing stick figure animations when I first got flash. Work with what makes you comfortable, but don't be afraid to try to push your limits every so often. Keep up the good work.

SomeDude-O3o responds:

Thanks a lot!
Really appreciate the advice.

Very well animated. Got a bit of an anime-esqe style about it. Keep up the great work!

Noisy responds:

thanks :3

Animation is very good! Keep up the excellent work!
Also, what program did you use for the animation?

Nandootoons responds:

thanks!! and keep working for better things,
The program I use is FLASH CS3 greetings

This looks to be done in something close to Flipnote Studio. I'm actually curious to know what program you used for this animation.

nite2727 responds:

Haha ironically I only tried Flipnote Studio like once. I hear that the 3ds is getting another version of that with layers for the 3d and color. I used a program called InchWorm Animation.

I liked your use of lens flares and lighting to set the mood, the animation and production quality is REALLY good. I'm looking forward to more episodes of this series

boybogart responds:

Relieved that people find the lens flares ok, I was thinking that the review section would be full of Michael Bay comments lol.

Very interested in seeing more episodes. And was that a WGJ4K reference at the beginning?
"Mmm... I don't know about that"

InkClod responds:

Thanks, and yeah, I was referencing Max Gilardi himself.

Chris here I am such an animation fanboy The only problem,I'm broke as hell right now Soon I'll have the necessary enough tools to better myself Thnx Spazkid for the tutorials and the inspiration to keep going 2 epic animated series are coming... Getready
